Rinko Farm Journal | 7/1 I Am a Grapevine
Yesterday, I finished various errands in Suwa and had a solo lunch at Suwakura by Lake Suwa. Afterward, I bought the remaining grape seedlings at Watahan Home Center.
“I am the vine. If people remain connected to Me, and I to them, they will bear much fruit.”
This is one of my favorite verses. Every word spoken by the Lord Jesus is impressive. He came to Earth as the Savior, a special presence. It’s a mysterious feeling that I am always spiritually protected by Him. Prayer works at the quantum level, invisible yet powerful, and always responds.
That’s why I especially love grapevines.
In my two-tan (approx. 0.66 acres) field, I plant not only crops but also various fruit seedlings like mulberries, plums, and kiwis, with grapevines taking the main focus.
Next year, I want to build a grape trellis for shade. Someday, it would be wonderful to make wine with everyone 💖.
The key is to take action!
Step forward!
Start without fear of the outcome.
But for amateurs running a long-term farming journey, having resilient friends by your side is the best.
